Personal Experience
Scott Sten has been named Innovative Freight Solutions’ Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development. In this role, Scott leads the execution of the IFS’s strategic vision for Final Mile, strengthening operational efficiency and building growth for the future.
Prior to joining IFS, Scott held Director and Vice President of Operations positions at Forward Air Final Mile / Hub Group. Scott has over 18 years of Operations experience in LTL and over 10 years in Final Mile.
Scott graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University.
